IMPORTANT: Update Your Parent App

If you use the LAUSD Parent App on your phone, you must update it to see the form.

What is this for?

We are asking you to sign a consent form for your child to use some extra tools from the school. This account will give them access to helpful tools like:

• Google Maps, YouTube, Google Photos, and more.

This is a new requirement from the school district to make sure your child can use these tools safely.

How to Fill Out the Form

It's fast and easy to do it on your phone or computer.

1. Go to the Parent Portal website: lausdapp.lausd.net
2. Click "Login," then choose "Parents."
3. Type in your email and password.
4. Once you are logged in, click on your child's name.
5. The form will pop up. Read it, type your name, click "I agree," and then click "Submit."
6. If you have more than one child at our school, please do this for each of them.

Cómo Llenar el Formulario

Es rápido y fácil de hacer en su teléfono o computadora.

1. Vaya al sitio web del Portal para Padres: lausdapp.lausd.net
2. Haga clic en "Login" (Iniciar sesión) y luego elija "Parents" (Padres).
3. Escriba su correo electrónico y contraseña.
4. Una vez que inicie sesión, haga clic en el nombre de su hijo.
5. El formulario aparecerá. Léalo, escriba su nombre, haga clic en "Estoy de acuerdo" y luego en "Submit" (Enviar).
6. Si tiene más de un hijo en nuestra escuela, por favor haga este paso por cada uno de ellos.
